These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SOBER AF website (the "Site") and any purchases you make from it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by Hawthorne Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, with a registered address at 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. You can reach us at sean@sipsoberbar.com.

Products and ordering

All products are made to order. Production begins after you place and pay for your order.
Product images are for illustration. Slight variations in color and print placement are normal for made-to-order apparel and drinkware.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability. If we cancel an order we've already charged, we'll refund the full amount.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes and shipping costs, which are shown at checkout.
Payment is processed securely by third-party providers. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Shipping and delivery

Because items are made to order, delivery takes longer than ready-made goods. Estimated production and shipping times are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss for items passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, logos, text, graphics, and images — is owned by SOBER AF / Hawthorne Ventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hawthorne Ventures LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item(s) at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hawthorne Ventures LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
